Frankenstraße 148, 90461 Nürnberg You plan the project process and develop a detailed timetable for the creation of our demanding construction projects, preferably in the TGA plants You conduct one of our technically demanding construction projects in the construction management and coordinate the polishing and contractors used at the construction sites. You support in the calculation by creating performance directories and offer schedules You are responsible for the execution preparation and take care of the construction site You ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works on the construction site You accompany contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors You support the team in the alert by creating performance directories based on the contract documents

You have a successfully completed technician or a comparable technical training You can provide first professional experience in the field of scheduling/work preparation and/or construction/project management, ideally in the area of TGA You have very good MS-Office knowledge and experience in dealing with scheduling software, drawing programs and accounting and calculation software such as Asta Powerproject, AutoCAD, REVIT and iTWO You draw your attention through a good organizational ability, independent working and commitment
