Rent adjustments: You carry out rental adjustment procedures in the asset classes housing, business and pitches and implement rental adjustment strategies for woollen and funds. Rental potentials: You control the implementation of rental increase potentials taking into account legal requirements and economic planning and their forecasts. Modernization measures: You prepare modernization announcements as well as interim and final settlements and carry out them. Font management: You create individual mass-written goods related to rental adjustments.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training, for example as a real estate businessman/wife, or you have several years of professional experience. Professional experience: You bring practical experience in the processing of administrative and organizational tasks and are sure to deal with different processes in rental management. Working & Personality: You work carefully, structured and responsible. Also in case of recurring tasks, you keep an overview and go to topics conscientiously. Language skills: You can master the German language at a professional level and enter safely into conversations, presentations and in the written correspondence.
