You are responsible for target group-oriented sales and production reports and continuously develop them along the needs of sales and management

You develop new evaluation methods and control logics for targeted sales management, obtain decision-relevant information and respond to ad hoc requests independently with sound recommendations for action

You take responsibility in the team's strategic projects and support the conceptual development of sales topics

You work closely with sales managers and management and prepare policy bases and strategic presentations

You carry out project-oriented tasks in the CRM environment to further develop sales information instruments and improve sales transparency

You bring well-founded professional experience in sales controlling or sales management, ideally for life insurance or financial service providers and could work on first projects

You have pronounced analytical skills and can prepare and understand complex facts in a structured manner - an economic study is advantageous, but no prerequisite

You have profound knowledge in Excel and PowerBI as well as ideally experience with databases, SharePoint or CRM systems

You like to work conceptually and bring interest in strategic issues as well as ideas for process development with
