For our Human Resources section we are looking for you as

You support our personnel development projects and work, for example, to build a project administration, to coordinate workshops and to cooperate with internal and external partners. You support the planning, organisation and implementation of training, workshops and other personnel development measures. You contribute to the preparation and preparation of training documents, presentations and communication materials. You maintain and update participant overviews, key figures and reporting. You support the evaluation and measurement of development measures. You research current trends, methods and topics of personnel development. You are actively involved in building a uniform global human resources development. You support our team in day-to-day business and take over administrative tasks.

You are an immatricated student, ideally focusing on economic psychology, psychology, pedagogy, economics or a comparable discipline. You are interested in the topics of personnel development and training and wish to gain practical experience. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally, you already bring first knowledge to SAP HR. You work independently, reliably and structured. You have a strong communication capability, are happy to work in the team and enjoy dealing with people. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You want to work up to 20 hours a week during your studies.
