Responsibility for the strategic planning, control and implementation of partner sales programs with multiple projects Development and implementation of programmes in line with the partner-sales strategy and corporate objectives Coordination and monitoring of projects in terms of time, budget and resource use Active management of internal and external stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication Proactive identification of risks, introduction of appropriate measures and flexible adaptation of programmes Definition, control and analysis of relevant KPIs to ensure program success and continuous improvement

Multiannual experience in program and project management, ideally in the partner sales or sales environment Knowledge of sales processes and sales models Safe handling of classic and agile project management methods and common tools Embossed organizational and communicative skills in complex environments Analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation with simultaneous ability to control several topics in parallel High self-initiative, leadership skills and adaptability
