From vision to detail: You take the main responsibility for our product design and the entire release roadmap Head of own product development and coordination of cross-company cooperation with GOLDBECK-Kolleg:inside Practical engineering activity in complex development projects – hands-on is part of this Integration of Design for Manufacturing as an essential part of the concept development for the pilot factory Close cooperation with product management and material development

A completed study in the field of engineering or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in product development – ideally in the field of construction, finished parts or construction products First leadership experience in managing technical teams Safe decision-making – even dynamic and complex situations are no obstacle to you A pronounced design-for-manufacturing set Experience with concrete, composites or similar materials of advantage Ideally start-up experience or experience in fast-growing organizations Joy of real freedom of design and work in an agile environment with short decision paths Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
