Number: MER0003VDU Our department VAN/EMP stands for VAN Powersystems. We are responsible for the development of low-voltage and high-voltage vehicle line sets as well as the 12V electrical components. We also coordinate the software update management system (SUMS) and functional security for VAN. Our department consists of 45 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. We are smart and always work together for each other, with passion and harmoniously. We attach great importance to communicating at eye level, directly and in regular exchange dates. In addition, it is important for us to deal constructively and honestly with each other. We work with state of the art technologies and with international project partners in India, Spain, Morocco, China, USA and soon Poland. Mobile work is regularly used by us. These challenges include: Designing presentations with illustrative visualizations to be able to present our technical topics to the top management for decision

Supporting the management in structuring film presentations both in content clarification and in the appropriate layout

Weekly updating of the management cockpit as a KPI overview of the current state of development activities (change projects, releases, assembly topics)

Draft text and image contributions for departmental communication in the social intranet

Creative preparation and moderation of our department rounds

Working with special tasks in ensuring our vehicle ramp-up

The activity can start from January 2026.

Studies in Media and Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management or Marketing

Pre-experiences from student activities or side jobs

Good knowledge of project management

Experience in presentation design and presentation design

Communicative talent in word, writing and interaction

Watchful interest in technical facts and tricky project topics

Embossed knowledge of MS Office applications, with pleasure image/video processing

German and English skills

Social competence and team skills
