Support of management & PDL Organisation and coordination of day and management business Preparation and follow-up of meetings, evaluations and decisions Creation of reports, presentations and decision templates Business Administration & Controlling Support for budget planning, cost and revenue management Preparation and evaluation of economic indicators (e.g. personnel costs, breakdown rates, economic efficiency of individual supplies) Participation in economic analysis, investment and personnel decisions Support for compensation and cost arguments against cost-holders Organization & Quality Management Creation and maintenance of documents, contracts and internal guidelines Working in quality management (e.g. preparation of MD exams) Maintenance and development of standards, processes and documentation Support for service, deployment and resource planning Organisational and project tasks in care and administration

Graduated commercial, nursing or administrative training or studies in the field of care management, health management, BWL, social management, etc. Basic understanding of business relationships (costs, revenues, key figures, economy) Ideally experience in health, nursing or social matters Safe handling of MS Office Experience with care software of advantage Personal Structured, reliable and independent operation Number affinity and analytical thinking Organizational and communication skills discretion, loyalty and sense of responsibility Understanding for Nursing and Economic Requirements
