Technical Manager (m/w/d) for submarine systems with a focus on sonar

They are responsible for the technical management of the interface between development and customer. Ensure cooperation between project management, development departments, sales and product management. They analyze customer requirements and convert them into a system design. They create and answer technical concepts and specifications. The creation of quotations and functional system descriptions is also one of your tasks. They control internal and external development teams. They are responsible for conducting technical meetings and presentations with customers, subcontractors and development departments. The cooperation in the integration and acceptance of components, subsystems and systems according to ATLAS control unit completes your task field.

You can provide a successfully completed university degree in engineering, physics or a comparable degree. They have several years of professional experience in software or hardware development and in the field of technical management. They also have well-founded knowledge in the following areas: Sonar or Radar, Hydroacoustics, Theory and Design of Antennas, Array Signal Processing Also desirable are good ISUS/CSU knowledge. Teamability, loadability and a safe occurrence are of course for you. You can demonstrate knowledge of German and English in word and writing. The readiness for occasional international missions completes your profile.
