Senior Installation & Field Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Coordination & Communication: Central interface between EDEKA, our installation partner and VIEWENTO. Technical coordination within the framework of installation, service and support. Instruction of service providers Offer creation & tracking: Creation of offers for service and support services. Recording and active tracking from offers to completion. Account management: Collection of relevant data for accounting. Creation and handover of final invoices in consultation with Finance. Project management & documentation: Planning, appointment and monitoring of installations. Maintenance of all project-relevant data in our system. Ensure complete project documentation. Service & Support: Monitoring SLA requirements and ensuring high service quality. Additional tasks: Create regular status reports on installations and service cases. Working with the process optimization (e.g. supply and installation processes). Close cooperation with sales in new projects. Support in costing project and service costs.

Complete technical training (e.g. IT system businessman, specialist in system integration) or comparable qualification. Experience in technical communication, project coordination and/or service management. Secure handling of MS Office, ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Very good organizational and communication skills. Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Joy in working in a dynamic, growing environment.
