To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a Customer Service Data Analyst & Automation Specialist (m/w/d) for the Customer Care Team at the next time. You drive the automation and analysis in customer service and develop innovative solutions to optimize our chatbot and other digital service processes.

Customer Service Manager (m/w/d)

Integrierst internal and external data sources, prepare them, analyze them using modern IT tools, and guide data-based action recommendations for process optimization You drive forward the continuous automation of our reporting and create clarity and transparency in our business processes You develop smart workflows, scripts and tools to increase efficiency in customer service You support our team in developing our AI systems for customer service You continuously improve our customer care software solution

You have first professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the field of Contact Center/Customer Service environment You have an affinity for numbers and are able to clearly and concisely explain your results for different stakeholders through your distinct analytical and conceptual skills – visually and verbally Preferably, you have experiences in SQL, brings an understanding of database structures and data processing and ideally have first experiences with Databricks You have good knowledge of how to use Power BI or a comparable BI tool You have the pleasure of designing and optimizing processes on your own and working in new software solutions
