As Integration Manager (m/w/d), you are a central part of our SAFe System team in the scaled agile environment. You are responsible for the consistency, stability and release capability of complex software and E/E systems across all development, testing and productive stages. Their focus is on versioning, configuration and variant management as well as on solution-wide integration. Definition, introduction and continuous maintenance of versioning and configuration policies Creation and maintenance of System Composition to support Release-on-Demand Support of system and solution integration including creation and maintenance of build and integration scripts Coordination, implementation and support of releases in the central system repository Monitoring, analysis and tracking of daily integration and system tests Active cooperation in the cross-functional system configuration team (E/E, HVAC, product) Ensuring alignment with PLM, E/E‐PMT, system architecture and product management Participation in relevant SAFe-synchronization formats (PO‐, Architecture‐, Coach‐ and Team-Syncs)Enge cooperation with Product Ownern, Agile Coaches and System- and Solution-Architects

Qualification: Complete technical studies (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable) Experience: Multiannual professional experience in configuration, build-, release- or integration management Know-how: Very good system understanding, especially for complex software and E/E architectures; Experience in the scaled agile environment (e.g. SAFe) of advantage Nice to have: Structured and independent working with high quality standards Personality: Embossed communication and cooperation in cross-functional teams Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing
