The Department of Anaesthesia, Intensive Medicine and Pain Therapy is one of the largest anaesthesia departments in Berlin and accompanies a high number of surgical interventions every year. Organisation and coordination of daily procedures in the Anesthesia Conference and first respondent for patients before planned interventions Reception of patients as well as organisation and follow-up of patient records and findings Close cooperation and communication with operational departments, stations, ambulances and external institutions Support for doctors in administrative and organisational tasks and the introduction of new employees Participation in the optimization of speech-time processes and the further development of perioperative patient control

Complete training as a medical specialist (MFA) or a comparable qualification, ideally experience in healthcare Good computer skills (e.g. Outlook, ORBIS, Word and Excel) as well as a structured and organized operation Friendly, service- and patient-oriented appearance with pronounced communication skills Responsibility, reliability and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation Individual initiative and interest in process optimization and quality development Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
