Head of Production Business Unit Therapy (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our four production areas of the Business Unit Therapy at the production site Lübeck. In this role you guide the line managers of the respective production lines. In addition, you work closely with other executives as well as interface partners within and outside the Business Unit Therapy. You actively promote the strategic development of the production area and promote a future-oriented corporate culture through the optimization of structures and the introduction of innovative technologies. Through your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, You provide appropriate framework conditions that support our employees in achieving their goals and in which both the team and the individual can fully develop with their skills and skills. Their focus is in particular on monitoring the relevant KPIs such as productivity, continuous improvement of the production and process sequences, increasing delivery time accuracy and delivery flexibility. You work together with different teams, interest groups and partners across functions. Keep in mind budget requirements, have cost and quality in mind, ensure delivery and timeliness, responsible stocks and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as work security in your area of responsibility.

You have completed their studies (e.g. economic or engineering studies) or comparable training and have many (leading) experiences in the field of production and supply chain processes. An extensive application experience of methods within Lean Management as well as very good English and German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
