Do you want to accompany future nursing staff on their way to care and to actively shape their training? Our team of central practice guides takes over the practical guidance of our internal and external trainees in our nursing facilities and social stations and prepares them for their everyday work with a lot of know-how. At 16 locations, the Caritas Altenwohn- und Pflegegesellschaft mbH supplies around 1,800 inhabitants in the stationary, outpatient and palliative areas. Planning and implementation of practical instructions, training projects and lessons in the Skills-Lab Individual and group instructions of our trainees Preparation, implementation and acceptance of tests Participation in operational planning, quality assurance and further development of practical instruction processes and cooperation with nursing schools

Completed three-year training as a nursing specialist as well as further training for the state-approved practical instructions Experience in outpatient care and driving licence Class B Pleasure to accompany and develop trainees Secure handling of MS Office, Outlook and Excel Empathy, educational sensitivity, motivation and identification with the values of the Caritas
