Compensation & Benefits Expert (m/f/d)

You design, implement and control global Compensation & Benefits strategies to ensure competitive, fair and legally compliant remuneration structures, including salary bands and job grading. You develop and develop international, modern compensation models (fix content, bonus systems, short/long term incentives). You are taxing and accompanying central C&B processes such as global salary reviews and payment of variable remuneration. You are responsible for the further development and administration of attractive benefits to increase employer attractiveness and employee satisfaction - locally and globally. You ensure the operational implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. EU Pay Transparency) and actively tax Equal Pay / Gender Pay Gap topics. You define and implement clear policies, policies and governance structures in the C&B sector for Fairness & Transparency. You are the central contact person for our HR Management and provide advice and support for all remuneration, benchmarking, salary-finding, grading or benefit issues.

You have several years of well-founded experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally located in an internationally active company with different groups of employees, and you have a strong understanding of remuneration structures and systems. You are experienced in the application of Job Grading methods and in dealing with relevant HR and C&B systems as well as external benchmark databases. You convince by your pronounced analytical way of thinking, your ability to penetrate complex facts, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Your strong communication skills allow you to understand complex C&B topics and to act as a competent contact person at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality that understands challenges as opportunities and proactively and with Elan. Negotiating German and very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you to be successful in our international environment. Knowledge of relevant labour law and regulatory requirements in the field of C&B (e.g. EU Pay Transparency) is advantageous.
