Medical-scientific assistant as a training assistant or specialist in (m/f/d)

In the Institute for Experimental Haematology and Transfusion Medicine of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full-time (40.0 hours/week) at the next possible time:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The job is limited to three years for training assistants, with the option of extension.

Tasks

The Institute of Experimental Haematology and Transfusion Medicine (IHT) provides the University Hospital with all transfusion-medical and haemostaseological laboratory/consiliary services and is also prominently integrated into the supply network of non-university facilities in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region. The IHT houses the university blood donation service, among others, with the focus on the extraction and use of hematopoietic stem cells.

With appropriate qualifications and suitability, long-term employment is possible with a view to an upper doctor's office.

Your tasks:

• Activity in all areas of clinical, laboratory and preparative transfusion medicine
• Integration into all tasks of blood donation service
• Immunohaematological consiliary service for patients of the clinic and hospitals of the region
• Integration into supportive stem cell therapy (autolog/alogue)
• Consiliary care of patients with coagulation disorders
• Outpatient care of patients with coagulation disorders in the course of training
• Acquisition of medicinal products and functions according to AMG/TFG

Requirements profile

Your profile:

• Approved Doctor (m/w/d)
• Two-year training in a clinical subject (e.g. internal medicine, surgery) desired
• Team skills
