Your tasks – You make the difference with us: You shape and digitize our customer service processes for the future SAP Service Cloud You ensure standardization, simplification and the self service capability of the processes and integration across different IT systems You opt for the operational processes and work closely with colleagues from the Service Centers, IT and various departments You guide projects and guide cross-functional teams You analyze data for prioritization, decision-making and success measurement In the tasks you pay attention to the quality and regulatory requirements of our industry

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: You have a successfully completed study or a comparable training You like to take Ownership and own a “Can Do” mentality You have a multi-year practical experience in digitizing processes - including as project manager - and have experience with the SAP Service Cloud You have a very pronounced analytical mindset and penetrate complex facts You like to work in the team and pay- and fact-based You have very good knowledge of German and English and communicate according to target groups
