We make complex topics of the energy industry understandable and create practical formats, from digital learning solutions to webinars to presence events. In close cooperation with our internal experts, you are contributing to developing our learning range and strengthening the sustainability of urban works and energy suppliers. You support the organization, coordination and follow-up of training formats and specialist events of the rhenag Academy. You take the participant management and take care of the communication, invitations and the follow-up of registrations. You will start and discuss events, offers and other documents in the context of training. You are advising our Learning Management System (LMS) administratively and envisage learning offers, courses and participant data. You participate in the design and creation of digital learning formats and e-learnings and prepare learning content in a didactical manner. You support marketing and communication activities of the rhenag Academy, especially for events, academy offers and social media activities. You will receive a fee of €15.50 per hour.

You are currently in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, ideally focusing on education, adult education, business, marketing, communication, psychology or a comparable degree programme. You have very good German skills at native language level (C2 level). You are interested in the topics of further education, digital learning, learning platforms and event management. You work in a structured, reliable and independent way and keep track of multiple tasks. You're sure to deal with digital tools and common office applications. You convince by your communication strength, organizational ability and joy in working with different contacts. Ideally, you have already gained first experience with learning management systems, e-learning tools or social media. .
