Your tasks:

• You create maintenance and service contracts, support the audit and maintain maintenance planning
• You support calls for services and maintenance for all the properties
• You manage the warranty tracking, set deficiencies and keep them after
• You contact the tenants and coordinate the external service providers for our student residence
• You are the first contact point for colleagues and maintenance service providers in the daily business
• You support the company's side cost accounting
• You're planning data and documents in our CAFM system

Your qualifications:

• You have a completed commercial training ideally related to the real estate business or building management or a study
• You bring practical experience in the real estate industry, in building management or in commercial facility management
• You have ideally already experience in the subject of defect management and have a basic technical understanding of the different real estates
• You have a safe appearance, are powerful and have a good time management
• You have a quick understanding as well as an independent, self-responsible and result-oriented way of working
• You have a high degree of confidentiality and discretion as well as a high motivation to work into new tasks
