You have a successfully completed commercial training to the real estate businessman (m/w/d), a degree to the real estate businessman (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in WEG administration and knowledge in SEV administration expand your qualification. You can rely on sound knowledge in the Housing Property Law and the current case law. You have negotiating skills and are service-oriented. You work structured, independent and keep an overview in challenging situations. MS Office programs and housing software are easy to use.
