With your talent, you will give our guests a wonderful stay. In addition to serving at the bar and in the One Lounge, you have the following tasks: Ensuring a smooth and fast service process Participation in the organisation of bar service and implementation of all necessary standards and schedules in consultation with the department management Advice and active sale of the Motel One Lounge offer to achieve the revenue budget in the One Lounge Support in ordering foods, beverages and spirits for the bar area and carrying out inventory at the end of the month Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
