You take over the independent processing of damage and complaint cases in the field of transport insurance – from the first recording to the final coverage check. Based on your exam, you decide on the regulation, initiate regression and carefully examine all processes in digital files. As a central contact person, you can safely communicate with brokers, insurance companies, law firms and other partners in German and English. You are responsible for auditing as well as accounting for input invoices and use the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

You have a commercial degree, ideally from insurance, forwarding, export or equivalent professional experience You have knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills You are excellent team capable and work independently, structured and conscientious You have good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook You are also a cross-income: welcome
