Digital Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: In this role you sell our digital solutions and systems and advise our customers comprehensively in optimizing their procurement processes. In addition, you implement innovative e-business solutions and support the integration of modern systems. You examine the technical requirements for E‐Procurement connections and accompany their successful implementation. As a holistic process consultant or consultant, you analyze existing structures and develop optimization concepts for the entire procurement. You support your customers in the use of E‐Procurement or DMS connections as well as in the implementation of our digital procurement systems (e.g. ORSY controller, ORSY sensor, ORSYmat, Refillo 2.0). On site you conduct decision-makers talks, present solutions and convince with professional and sales competence. In daily work, you can use state-of-the-art IT equipment, digital sales systems and real-time product and customer data to ensure the best possible consulting and active sales. You maintain existing customer relationships and continuously attract new customers for our digital solution portfolio. You represent Würth at trade fairs and present our digital procurement systems. In addition, you will conduct product presentations and trainings for external service colleagues to strengthen their consulting and product competence.

Your profile - grow together: You have completed their studies in business management, business informatics or comparable qualifications. You have already worked with e-procurement systems and bring a good process understanding for the digital procurement environment. Ideally, you have knowledge in lean management or experience in the distribution of process solutions. You can safely master MS Office and have good knowledge of how to handle SAP. A pronounced process understanding, strong communicative skills as well as a structured, analytical and result-oriented way of working. You can quickly work into new topics, systems and digital solutions. You have well-founded experience in decision-making talks and in negotiating with strategic buyers. Convincing presentation capabilities as well as security arising from relevant stakeholders are your strengths. You are able to precisely analyse customer needs and derive appropriate solutions from them. Travel readiness and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
