In this key position, you contribute significantly to the technical sustainability of our house – in the field of operating technology as well as in highly sensitive medical technology. In this context, exciting infrastructure and construction projects await you. Together with our head of medical technology as well as the workshop manager, you will implement them. Your duties Total responsibility for the technical and medical operations of the hospital and our MVZ in Burgdorf (incl. budget responsibility) In particular, technical planning and support of new, re- and development projects Leadership and further development of the area and our colleagues Control of service providers and compliance with all relevant standards and laws (e.g. MPBettriebV, DIN, Industrial Protection, Procurement Procedures) Planning, implementation and monitoring of maintenance and investment measures Interface management between technology, IT, care and medical disciplines Ensuring smooth and safe operation of all technical equipment and medical equipment

Completed studies in an engineering field, e.g. Medical technology Electrical, Energy or Supply Technology Building Technology, Facility Management Industrial engineering with technical focus

Alternatively: Technical training with further training to the technician (hospital/building technology) Multiannual experience in a technical leadership position, preferably in the hospital Knowledge gained in the operation of technical systems and in the service and management of medical technology systems Experience in project management or management of interdisciplinary projects Extensive interest in new technologies and their application in everyday clinics Standing for continuous training Communication strength, sense of responsibility and organizational talent Very good knowledge of German and English are desirable High level of problem-solving competence and decision-making in complex technical situations Flexibility and readiness to react quickly and solution-oriented to changing requirements in hospital operation
