Jobrotation In the School Office of the TUM School of Natural Sciences, Department of Finance Office 5100 with location in Garching will become one/e Consultant (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours) for accounting. The place is fixed for 2 years. Your area of responsibility:

• Processing of invoices in the household and third-party sectors in accordance with the regulations of the Bavarian budgetary law and the regulations of the third-party donors
• Accounting of payment transactions with a computerised accounting system
• Administrative secondary work in post-processing, depositing activities and temporary representation of the goods

Your profile:

• successfully completed relevant vocational training in administrative matters
• very good German knowledge and knowledge of English
• very good knowledge of all Office applications
• Commitment, flexibility and team skills
