Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Head of the field of expertise and organisational management, management and further development of the field of financial accounting Control workflows: coordination, prioritization and monitoring of all processes in financial and asset accounting Personnel management: guidance, training and development of employees; Implementation of employee and target agreements Installation booking: management, coordination and evaluation of the investment assets incl. Inventory and Depreciation Annual accounts according to NKHR: coordination and technical preparation of balance sheet, income statement, financial statement, annex and position report Final bookings: implementation and evaluation of delimitations, provisions, value adjustments and correction bookings legal control and auditing: ensuring compliance with all regulatory and budgetary requirements; Processing of audit findings Process development: further development of standards, service instructions, process regulations and digital booking and final processes Interface work: coordination with combing, city bank, IT, law office, supervisory authorities and auditors

completed studies as a graduate administrator (FH) or Bachelor of Arts - Public Management or completed university studies in BWL, Finance, Administration or Similar Area well-founded knowledge in municipal household and accounting (GemO, GemHVO, NKHR etc.) in-depth knowledge of accounting, provisions, demarcations, asset assessment Management experience or detectable competence in personnel management, work organisation and quality management safe handling of municipal financial software and digital booking processes Ability to evaluate complex facts and to professionally vote with test points
