The maintenance department is responsible for ensuring a standard, efficient, environmentally sound, safe and economical planning, as well as the control of maintenance measures of our power plant and district heating systems. As part of the digitalization and optimization of work processes, our focus is on the harmonisation and expansion of digital solutions. You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance of electrical installations. You agree on maintenance, inspection and repair measures with internal departments and external service providers and coordinate their implementation. You include foreign companies, supervise their activities and coordinate foreign personnel operations. You identify and evaluate danger areas and hazard situations, conduct appropriate security measures and control risk assessments. You ensure high availability and operational reliability of electrical systems. You support trouble analysis, fault diagnosis and sustainable troubleshooting. You create, update and provide technical documentation, work instructions and work plans. You actively participate in modernization, rebuilding and new construction projects in the field of technical installations. You participate in the call readiness and thus contribute to ensuring reliable plant operation.
