As an Active Sourcing Specialist you are our*e Talent Scout, Network Navigator and Candidate Magnet in one person. You bring people and opportunities together – from the first career steps to leading positions.

The following challenges come to you:

Identification, enthusiasm and acquisition of suitable talents via LinkedIn, XING, StepStone DirectSearch and other platforms. Creative use of networks, niche channels and unconventional ways to reach top talents – far beyond classic search paths. Conduct authentic conversations with empathy, clarity and personality Building and maintaining long-term talent pools and shaping a positive and sustainable Candidate Experience. Close cooperation with Recruiter:inside and Hiring Managers:in order to understand needs, sharpen profiles and develop suitable solutions. Continuous market and trend observation with the aim of constantly optimizing and developing our sourcing strategies.

Complete training or studies in the field of personnel, business or communication – or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Active Sourcing and the direct address of candidate:inside Routine in winning talents for different roles and levels of responsibility – from day-to-day business to strategic leadership. Secure handling of LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager and common search techniques (Boolean Search, X-Ray etc.) Good knowledge of modern recruiting tools, CRM systems and databases Embossed communicative skills and a sense of audience and tonality Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High self-motivation, enthusiasm for talent acquisition and a professional appearance English is a plus
