Lead Expert Cost Controlling & Projects (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of the business concept for cost accounting, controlling and accounting Support for the structural and process integration of TKMS AG & KGaA, A400FC and other companies, including analysis of existing processes and derivation of measures to standardize reporting and accounting standards Active participation and control of SAP implementations or -Optimations in the Controlling/Finance area as well as accompanying the introduction and adaptation of planning software, including definition and optimization of underlying business processes Support for efficiency projects in controlling (e.g. automation of reporting, introduction of new KPIs) and preparation of decision templates and creation of presentations for business/concern management Monitoring milestones and deadlines in special projects, coordination between specialist departments, integrated companies and external service providers/IT consultants

Complete study of business management, business informatics or comparable qualification with a focus on finance/controlling as well as several years of professional experience First experience in processes optimization, software implementation or M&A/integration projects of advantage and willingness to integrate into new companies and different corporate cultures Found SAP knowledge (ideally S/4HANA) in the FI/CO modules as well as safe handling of project management tools and methods Ability to analyse complex facts and to prepare them in a structured manner, strong organisational competence combined with a high degree of self-organisation and the ability to efficiently control several parallel projects Sovereign occurrence and negotiation skills in cooperation with various stakeholders (from operational level to management) as well as occasional readiness to travel to sites (including Wismar)
