Guided tour of the Secretariat including visitor reception and support Professional phone intake and forwarding incoming calls Date coordination and travel management Preparation of meetings, workshops, training and events Support of the purchasing department in administrative tasks Administration and planning of the fleet

Successfully completed commercial training and first professional experience (ideally in the reception or secretariat area) Reliable, trusting work with organizational talent and coordination skills Friendly appearance with joy in dealing with people, well-kept appearance and pronounced forms of handling Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
