Ensuring stable operation of private cloud IaaS incl. VM management, patching, backup/recovery Development and operation of the network environments and optimization of firewall and security setups Analysis and Solution of Complex 3rd Levels in Network, Infrastructure and Security Operation of central M365 security functions (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM) and technical support for IM/KM/AI services Preparation and co-design of hybrid and cloud-based workloads (Azure, Copilot, Foundry)

Experience in server and system administration (Windows Server, VM environments) as well as in the operation of private cloud/data center infrastructures Knowledge of patching, backup/recovery, security & monitoring and collaboration with managed service providers Strong network expertise (switching, VLAN, WLAN, routing) incl. Site integration in production environments and stabilization of faulty network designs Deep understanding of firewall concepts (NAT, VPN, segmentation) as well as experience in troubleshooting and handover to managed operating models Knowledge of M365/Entra (Identity, Roles, Security), Microsoft Defender and practical experience with Purview policies (DLP, Labels, Retention) Ability to 3rd-level study and secure documentation of topologies, VLANs, routing relationships & dependencies (e.g. with Docusnap)
