Design and qualification of hardware, software and sensor systems for fire detection Building and testing of prototypes and carrying out measurements and evaluations Development and integration of suitable sensor systems in products Implementation of field tests, data evaluation and analysis of test results Preparation of technical documentation and presentation of results Support of adjacent departments in technical issues Local travel activities

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or comparable Experience in sensor technology, measurement technology and electronics Experience with optical measuring systems desirable Ideal knowledge of hardware/software development Programming experience (Python/Matlab and C) as well as basic knowledge in analog and digital electronics design and in data collection as well as evaluation Good communication skills in German and English and a strong team skills Analytical and structured working and self-initiative
