The AEMP of Vivantes Service GmbH works at the locations Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln (KNK) and Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum (HUK) with modern technology and clear quality standards. Around 160,000 sterilization units are processed annually for over 100,000 operations. The team thus makes a central contribution to the safe patient care in the Vivantes clinics.

Personal and organisational management of AEMP in consultation with the management, including instructions and control of employees Staff deployment planning, service planning and organisation of work according to qualitative and economic requirements Ensuring timely and appropriate supply of demand points, control and maintenance of stock Documentation, monitoring of workflows and collection of relevant key figures (reclamations, customer surveys, supplier reviews) Organisation and implementation of further education / training, implementation of quality tests and participation in the introduction / implementation of the QMS Testing of machines/devices (state, cleaning and maintenance intervals) and cooperation with internal and external partners

Completed training as a health and nursing worker*in or comparable medical certificate or Speciality 3 Multiannual professional experience in AEMP, OP and anaesthesia; detailed knowledge of relevant laws and standards Basic knowledge of KIS and documentation software as well as safe handling of MS Office know-how in materials management and quality management; Management and social competence Ready-to-use, independent working, organizational talent and loyalty and identification with corporate goals Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
