As a working student (w/m/d) in the field of Performance & Talent Management, you support the team in developing global concepts related to performance management, talent management, human resources conferences and more. In addition, you will participate in the organizational preparation of corporate talent programs and events in the area of diversity & inclusion. You support the team in preparing impulses and training for executives and employees, for example on performance management And compete Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance management, talent management and diversity & inclusion

You are in Bachelor or Master's degree and are looking for exciting experiences in HR Ideally, you could already gain first professional experience, e.g. through internships or student work in the HR field You are proactively introducing creative ideas and demonstrating a sense of interest for different stakeholders You are open to new things and have fun immersing yourself in different topics You draw your attention through a structured and careful way of working Flowing English skills as well as very good PowerPoint and Excel skills complete your profile
