The role at a glance As an intern Pharmaceutical Operations (m/w/d), you gain deep insights into the core operational processes of an international pharmaceutical company – either in supply & demand planning or regulatory affairs – and actively contribute to ensuring that DENK PHARMA reliably brings its products to global markets. You take real responsibility from the outset, work closely with experienced colleagues and develop a sound understanding of the processes behind global product availability.

How to make your contribution with us: Supply & Demand Planning Contribute to the planning, ordering and control of the production of our drug and dietary supplements from the headquarters to understand how global availability is strategically controlled. Control of stocks: Monitor the inventory of our packaging products independently and reorder them in time to avoid bottlenecks in the supply chain. Commodity booking: Book goods entry into the system at a time and carefully document order confirmations so that our inventory overview always remains up-to-date and reliable.

Delivery monitoring: Monitor incoming goods deliveries digitally and balance them with the order data in order to detect and clarify deviations at an early stage. Quality assurance: Support in the documentation and clarification of deviations between order and delivery and thus create a reliable database for follow-up decisions.

Analysis & ReportingCost Analysis: Analyze transport costs actively and guide first action recommendations that help to optimize our procurement costs. Reporting: Create reports and order proposals on your own and agree closely with the team to make decisions on a well-founded database.

Regulatory Affairs Approval ManagementDossier creation: Support in the creation and revision of regulatory documents for international new and re-applications as well as pharmacy and dietary supplements variation indicators, so that submissions always meet the applicable requirements. Team support: Support the Regulatory Affairs team in administrative tasks and thus contribute to an efficient daily routine and high data quality.

Studies: You are in an ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of BWL, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or a comparable degree course and need a mandatory practice semester. Analytical Strength: You have a pronounced planning and analytical way of thinking and can also penetrate complex relationships in a structured manner – whether in dealing with inventory data or regulatory requirements. MS Office & Tools: You can safely move in common MS Office applications, especially Excel, and use them specifically to process data and reports – first touch points with SAP S/4 HANA are of advantage.
