Your tasks: • Recruiting with sales focus: Together with our sales team, you connect companies with freelance IT and engineering specialists: inside for exciting projects. • Find the perfect match: Looking for the best talents, writing projects, performing interviews – also on site – and meeting the right selection for our customers. • Treat & Managen: From the offer to contract negotiations to project controlling – you keep an overview. • Your success begins with us: In the SOLCOM Academy you will receive training in rhetoric, interview management and legal basis

That's what you bring • A completed study – ideally in economics, but also with other degrees you are welcome. • First experiences in sales, recruiting or customer-oriented activities – whether through internships, student jobs or projects – are of advantage, however, not a must • Structured work and clear priorities are of course for you. • You are communicative, goal-oriented and enthusiastic for your ideas. • Sovereign appearance and very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
