Head of Municipalities, Housing Industry, Associations and Energy Services (m/f/d)

For this key position, a management personality is sought, which forms a powerful organization with a clear growth requirement and sets TEAG more growth-intensive, modern, digital and scalable in this business field. For this purpose, you develop the distribution of electricity and gas to municipalities, housing, associations and public portal invitations, strengthen the economically viable business with energy services and increase the operational impact of the area by standardization, prioritization, digitization and process improvement. You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the area with a focus on profitable growth, customer orientation and economically viable market management. You strengthen the performance of the area and the areas of expertise directly assigned to you by clear control, key figures orientation, standardization and continuous optimization of processes and interfaces. You continue to build resilient relationships with municipalities, associations and the housing industry and at the same time develop the business with energy services forward-looking. You work closely with the relevant interfaces, in particular customer service and other central functions.

For this demanding task, you will bring a completed study as well as several years of leadership experience in sales, consulting or business field development. Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the energy industry or in the infrastructure environment. You have already successfully implemented growth strategies and have a strong understanding of customer relationships close to sales, economic control and tendering and supply processes. In your leadership role, you understand clearly delegating responsibility, developing employees in a targeted manner and also acting in demanding situations binding and sovereign. You are empathic, communication-intensive and implementation-oriented and combine personal customer proximity with professional control and a good understanding of modern, efficient sales and process structures.
