We are looking for a team management housekeeping (m/w/d) for the Queen Paulinenstift in Friedrichshafen in parttime (23-27 hours/week).

You organize and coordinate the areas of house cleaning and laundry. You make sure that our facility is attractive and that visitors and customers (m/w/d) feel comfortable. You ensure that the qualifications of employees in the household sector are met. You plan and conduct festivals and events in the facility. You agree with our in-house cleaning company (HDG). You organize and conduct regular training of employees in laundry and hygiene, including across areas. You organize the laundry service, care for regulated workflows, control the laundry return, distribute the laundry and check results as well as invoices. You determine the need and take care of the procurement of equipment laundry as well as other household consumer goods by shopping cart EHS. You create a pleasant atmosphere according to the objectives and the culture of our house. You organize the care of the room and balcony plants in the common areas. You are responsible for the use of cleaning agents and carry out the hazardous material cataster of the facility. You make sure that the devices used are functional in the household sector, are applied professionally and safely, cleaned and, if necessary, maintained.

Completed training in the field of household, building cleaning, hygiene or a comparable qualification (ideally hygiene specialist) Structured, organised and self-sponsored work detectable experience in the management or coordination of teams, preferably in the stationary area Knowledge in the field of hygiene, laundry logistics and cleaning as well as legal requirements Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action.
