In this role, you are responsible for the further development of the operating strategy for server, storage and network environments. You define architecture standards and ensure their reliable implementation in operational IT operations. Technical requirements, disturbances and optimization measures prioritise you with a view to stability, efficiency and sustainability. The management of technical escalations is also part of your task, bringing sustainable solutions with internal and external partners. The coordination of external service providers and the support of predictive resource planning round off your responsibility area. Complex technical relationships prepare for management and relevant stakeholders in a targeted manner. Last but not least, you make an important contribution to the further development of a powerful and resilient IT operating landscape.

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in the operation of complex IT infrastructures and in the architectural context Experience in technical telephony - especially VoIP, SIP/Voice gateways, call number routing and provider control. A very good technical understanding of server, storage, and network environments is what you can do. In escalation management and prioritization of business topics, you act confidently and solution-oriented. With management, departments and external service providers you communicate safely, bindingly and at eye level. Analytical thinking, conceptual strength and a high sense of responsibility complete your profile. We require good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
