The State Institute for Early Education and Media Competence (IFP) with Amberg office is looking for the next time a scientific speaker / a scientific speaker (m/w/d) in parttime (80%), limited to 31.12.2028 The State Institute for Early Education and Media Competence (IFP), an out-of-university research institute of the Free State of Bavaria, is looking for a scientific lecturer (m/w/d) for the project management of a third-party funding project in the field of early education. In this responsible position, you actively contribute to the digitalization and practical further development of the educational and education plan for children from 0 to 10 years in Hessen (BEP). This will make you an important contribution to quality development in day care facilities and to the professionalisation of educational professionals. The education and training plan was developed in 2004 by the State Institute for Early Education in Munich and published in December 2007. Its implementation is supported by various measures, including training courses for different target groups in Hessian daycare facilities. These offers are intended to help educational professionals to integrate the content of the BEP into their practice in a sustainable manner and to open up the best possible educational and development opportunities for children. Your tasks: Technical management and coordination of a multi-professional project team Regular coordination with the client and reporting on the progress of the project (Hessian Ministry of Labour, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs) Project planning, project coordination and participation in bodies Conception, implementation and further development of practical content and learning materials for the educational and educational plan for different target groups on a digital platform (e.g. teaching and education videos, podcasts, graphics, interactive self-learning units, practical examples and practical materials) Cooperation and coordination with external project partners Compilation of scientific contributions to pedagogical questions Conception and implementation of participation formats for actors from the early education sector Planning, organisation and coordination of specialist events (internal and external)
