Your experience is open to new ideas, and you can see where proven processes can be developed in a pragmatic, digital and efficient manner. • Fee billing: Own-responsible implementation of monthly wage and salary bills. • Advice: Contact for employees and executives in all payroll topics. • master data & time management: maintenance of accounting-relevant data and maintenance of the time economy. • Reporting: Creation of messages, certificates and correspondence with external bodies. • Reporting: Compilation of evaluations and support for annual work. • Benefits & Remuneration components: billing and management of employee benefits such as JobRad, vouchers and other cash benefits. • Special topics: takeover of bAV, papers, audits or other special topics according to experience

• Payroll experience: Multiannual experience in the independent implementation of payroll accounting. • Expertise: Very good knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security. • Complexity: Experience with topics such as bAV, papers, one-off payments or time management of advantage. • Software: Secure handling of common accounting systems, SAP HCM / SAP HR of advantage. • Service orientation: service-oriented handling of employees, executives and external bodies. • Working: Structured and careful working with high numerical affinity.
