You guide the design and implementation of marketing campaigns as responsible project managers (gn) and provide their own impulses for the further development of the Remmers Group You ensure a consistent target audience orientation of marketing activities and help us to further digitize, internationalize and professionalize marketing You establish themselves as a central Go-To person for all aspects of marketing for the target groups and market segments assigned to you You create targeted content for different online channels Be guided workshops in cross-functional teams You control cooperation with agencies and other external service providers and are responsible for the marketing budget for your target groups and market segments

You have successfully completed a degree with focus on marketing or comparable training You have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing You have constantly evolved in your career, successfully incorporated into new topics, increasingly complex projects and want to take on growing tasks in a dynamically developing company and team in the future You have as much knowledge of marketing automation and lead management as possible You have fun in the initiation and implementation of creative marketing projects You are characterized by decision-making strength, “hands-on” mentality and communication strength and convince in dealing with stakeholders at decision-making level You know German and English safely in word and writing
