As part of the team, you are a direct contact person (m/w/d) for some exposed policyholders in local agency In doing so, you will process demanding and versatile applications and contracts of our local customers in the field of liability insurance In the advice and support of your customers, you can use your knowledge and feel of your fingertips for the special requirements and needs of our local customers. In addition, you can support the team as a contact person (m/w/d) for selected liability and coverage issues You question existing processes, develop these processes further or redesign processes – and thus contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and quality by increasing efficiency and digitalization

Completed legal studies Ideally, first experience in the insurance industry / field of liability – or fun to work into this subject area Embossed customer and service orientation, good communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with external and internal partners Self-employed and structured working together with willingness to take responsibility, joy of decision and economic thinking and action High problem solving and result orientation as well as drive to advance themes
