Ensuring internal and external complaint processing based on common Q tools Creation and monitoring of key figures and statistics, including introduction of measures to improve the Q system, reduction of the committee and customer complaints Support for the creation and monitoring of the entire quality and process documentation Creation and training of work instructions Preparation and Accompanying Internal / External Audits Coordination of reworking Conducting tests and measurements on painted surfaces Development of painting frames Evaluation of furnace curves Preparation of test cards for the series process Determination of consumption values during patterns Documentation of patterns

Master / Technicians (m/w/d) or comparable training with relevant professional experience Knowledge of the VDA standard and IATF 16949/2016 Good knowledge of painting and plant technology on flatbed and spindle systems Knowledge of the application of soft and decorative paints and effect varnishes in the interior of the vehicle Safe handling of the usual quality tools Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and SAP R/3 are advantageous Good English knowledge of word and writing Enforcement Secure appearance and handling of the customer
