Mechanic / Plant Technician (m/w/d) Natural Gas Compressor

As a transport network operator, we are responsible for the safe supply of heat and electricity in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. With our 3,000 km long network, we transporate gas from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance – around the clock. In order to achieve the energy transition, a powerful gas transport infrastructure is needed – for local suppliers in the region, for industry, industry and modern gas power plants. In future, our gas infrastructure is ready for the transport of hydrogen. Our approximately 350 employees at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen work together to develop our business areas: gas transport, telecommunication and services. Implementation of maintenance work in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations and internal instructions Monitoring, functional testing, maintenance and repair of natural gas compressors and auxiliary installations, gas high pressure lines, gas pressure control and measuring equipment Takeover of the inspection of shelves, ladders and treads as well as the small and running stands Responsibility for testing pressure vessels and pressure vessels as a specialist (m/w/d) Update of plant documentation Instruction of services and monitoring of services In the case of the

(m/w/d) or a mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Basic knowledge of plant engineering and utility are desirable Knowledge of popular MS Office applications Experience with SAP S4/HANA and the Fiori surface driving licence (at least class B or 3, class CE & C desirable Efficiency, flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, careful and reliable work and high team skills Due to the call, the compressor station must be accessible from your residence within 30 minutes.
