Your tasks Personalized campaigns: Conception, creation and continuous optimization of personalized content for CRM campaigns, in particular newsletters and print mailings

Inspiring messages: developing convincing messages and creative storylines that inspire existing customers and surpass their expectations

Text and tonality development: coordination of tonality and messages with colleagues from marketing as well as channel- and target-group-oriented texts

Newsletter campaigns: Planning, creating and sending target group-specific newsletters

Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close cooperation with teams from marketing, IT and business intelligence as well as international CRM teams

Your profile Qualification and Competence: Studies in the field of German Studies or training as an advertising material Advertisers; alternatively professional experience in a editorial or comparable function

CRM and copywriting experience: Practical experience in copywriting for CRM or dialogue marketing or in adjacent content roles

Voice and Storytelling: Embossed voice feeling, convincing storytelling skills and a safe view for details

Customer and target audience understanding: empathy for different customer groups as well as the ability to formulate content according to target groups and in the right tone

Organization and operation: Very good organizational ability, structured working and a high degree of self-initiative

Testing and feedback: Joy in testing new content, handling feedback and continuous optimization of campaigns

Language competence and team skills: excellent knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing as well as an open, friendly and cooperative personality
