As a Head of Labour Relations, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of industrial relations at Voith. You develop a modern, strategically anchored labour relations function that effectively combines local participation, national labour law requirements and international transformation goals. In close cooperation with the Global and EMEA People & Culture Leadership Team, you act as a strategic savings partner for senior management and create the basis for resilient, transparent and sustainable working relationships in a global industrial environment.

Your duties Development and implementation of a long-term labour relations strategy for German companies in line with the global corporate and people-funding strategy. Strategic advice from the Executive Board, Management, Senior Management and P&C Leadership in labour law, co-determination-relevant and transformation-related issues. Control of complex restructuring, integration and change processes in an international industrial environment, including balancing and social plan negotiations. Professional design and further development of cooperation with works council bodies and trade unions at local, regional and group level. Establish a proactive governance for operating arrangements, collective regulations and labour law standards, and simplify and harmonise existing regulatory landscapes. design and negotiation of operating agreements, collective and collective regulations in close cooperation with local HR units and management teams. Observing national, European and international relevant labour law developments and deriving strategic fields of action for Voith. Further development of labour law standards, processes and contractual documentation with a view to scalability, compliance and international connectivity. Your profile Projektmanager (m/w/d) with two State Examina and many years of well-founded experience in individual and collective labour law. Detectional experience in the strategic design of Labour Relations in an international industrial, corporate or comparable transformation environment. Comprehensive experience in restructuring, operational transitions, balancing and social plan negotiations and complex co-determination behaviour. Sovereign appearance on executive levels and the ability to translate complex labour law issues into clear, action-oriented management recommendations. Impressed negotiating strength, strategic judgement, entrepreneurial thinking and resilience in political or operationally demanding situations. Experience in the management and development of specialist teams as well as in the ability of a wider P&C organization. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to act effectively in international stakeholders and governance structures. Knowledge of the metal-tarifum field is advantageous.
