Senior Specialist (d/m/f) for Occupational Safety

As a leading specialist (d/m/w) for occupational safety at the Bremen site, you will advise and support the management in all matters relating to occupational health and safety. You lead a team of 5 employees professionally and disciplinaryly and help to make work processes safe and health-promoting. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and continuous improvement of management systems. Promoting a strong security culture with a focus on behavioral changes and sustainable safety standards. Analysis of accidents, accident potentials and accident events. Occasionally traveling to business locations.

Completed training to master (d/m/w), technician (d/m/w) or a comparable qualification such as engineer (d/m/w). You have many years of professional experience and leadership experience in the described task field. Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety according to DGUV V2. Comprehensive knowledge of the right to work (e.g. employment protection law, workplace regulation) and the relevant statutory regulations. Knowledge of hazardous materials law and biomaterial law, health and environmental law and building law. Knowledge of the implementation of RAB 30 (SiGeKo).
