Expertise: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of BWL, VWL or a comparable course of study or are close to it. You bring knowledge in the field of project management (e.g. Agile Scrum, Kanban, Lean, OPEX etc.). As part of internships, an honorary office or as a working student, you could already gain first professional experience. Ideally, you have already assumed leadership responsibility in social, political, knowledge-changing, professional or social areas. Motivation: You love learning new things and growing at challenges. Your analytical and conceptual skills will benefit you. Teamplaying: You are a communication talent, you like to work in the team and bring a lot of own initiative.
